Cecily Anitah Bryant was born and raised in Cleveland, OH. She is the eldest of two brothers. She is now legal guardian to her youngest brother, Paul.

Cecily graduated from Notre Dame College of Ohio with a B.A. in English and later from Cleveland State University, with a Masters in Education (Adult Learning & Development).

Cecily has a passion for writing and served in an editorial capacity for 15 years. As Communications Leader for Southeast SDA Church, she has returned to the craft she loves best and works hard to hone it for use in God’s service.

In addition to being with her family, signing with Hands in Ministry is her other delight. Cecily’s favorite scripture is II Corinthians 5:17:”Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.” She is so happy to now understand and appreciate that to serve as a soldier in the Lord’s Army we must remove the old clothing and put on the full armor of God!
