It’s Go Time
Southeast I declare It’s GO time! It’s time to stop sitting still and GO to work!
Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
What are the first 2 letters of the gospel? GO! Nothing happens until we go!
Nowhere does the Bible command the lost to come to church. We are to go and bring them in.

God’s HMO
We hear today that America is experiencing a health crisis – people cannot afford health care and many die prematurely for lack of medical care or because of un-healthy lifestyles. I agree we have a health care crisis today in America and some-thing needs to be done.

Do you want Southeast to be like God’s church?
God’s original design for the church is found in the book Acts. Acts 2:42-47 shows us four foundational qualities of God’s church:
- They were a Fellowshipping Church
- They were a Learning Church
- They were a Outreaching Church
- They were a Worshiping Church

The church more than any other institution in the world does not exist solely for the sake of its membership. Do we want to be a comfortable church or a Great Commission church? The church exists to be the salt of the earth, the light of the world, the redeeming factor in a dying society. Everything we do must be for the purpose of reaching others for Jesus Christ.

One might ask the question, “why is fellowship so important to having a healthy church? When surveys are done asking people why they first came to their church, the number one answer is that they were invited by a friend. Still, there are other answers that you get and there are other things that churches can do to get people in the door. They can advertise. They can have special programs. They can have outreach programs.

Come FLOW With Us…
Welcome to Southeast Seventh-day Adventist Church where we F.L.O.W. in the Spirit.
Dr. Terry Teykl, in his book, “Acts 29,” writes this challenge to us all: “Imagine gang members, drug dealers, racists & sex offenders being transformed by the Gospel. Imagine politicians, judges & other influen-tial leaders taking stands based on the word of God. Imagine hundreds & even thousands of people being saved in a single church service! Imag-ine the unimaginable.”
