In Sympathy: Our dear Sister and Friend Laverne Davis Gordon passed away Monday morning. She served Southeast faithfully until her health began to fail. She was funeralized on Friday here at Southeast.
Mabel Matthews, mom of Shirley Boger passed away Tuesday and will be funeralized Tuesday at The House of Wills. The wake is at 10:30 and Funeral at 11:00. Remember Shirley and her family in love and kindness.
Congratulations: DeShon Thompson-Cistrunk has completed the requirements at Lakeland College for the Registered Nurse Program. She will be pinned on May 11, 2008. Southeast wishes her the very best in her nursing career. God Bless you DeShon.

Dr. Daniels is a Board Certified Psychiatrist. With over a decade of experience in human behavior, Dr. Daniels' manner is dynamic and inspirational. She is a well-versed motivational speaker, clinician and author capable of addressing challenging, personal, and stimulating topics. In addition to providing psychiatric treatment the past 15 years, she has been active in clinical research. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Toledo University Medical Center, Consulting psychiatrist at Unison Behavioral Health Group and currently the President of the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Association. Dr. Daniels' approach to life is both holistic and simple. She believes in being spiritually centered and operating with fundamental values as guiding principles. Women's Ministries: This year's Women's Day: "Women of God, Living In Grace" begins Friday, May 9th at 7:00 p.m. Pastor Tonya Fields-Brooks of New Freedom Ministries is the speaker and her choir will bless us with a mini concert during the service. Sabbath, May 10th, Vivian Martin, Women's Ministries Leader of Ephesus Church in Columbus, OH is our Women's Day speaker. Our colors are white or off-white with spring green or yellow accessories. He loves interacting with the other children in class and enjoys the hands-on activities. Shawn is very outgoing, affectionate and extremely well- behaved. His favorite Bible story is Noah and the ark.

Ramah Academy News: Graduation for Kindergarten and Eighth grade classes is at Southeast, Thursday, May 22nd .at 6:30 p.m. Ramah is scheduling a 9th Grade class for the 2008-2009 school year. AWC of Seventh-day Adventists District Lay Leaders Training Workshop for Northern Ohio: "Each One Reach One!" This Workshop will be held at Southeast June 1st 2008. Details to follow.
Glenville's Camp Meeting Bus: Glenville is sponsoring a bus to camp meeting, Sabbath June 29th. The motor coach loads at 6:30 a.m.; departs at 7:00 a.m. and returns at 10:00 p.m. Sign up now, only 55 seats available. Deadline is May 31st for reservations, cost: $25. Camp Meeting News: It's time to start preparing for our 5 day Camp Meeting. The date is June 25 29, 2008. The Sabbath speaker is Elder C.D. Brooks.
Lodging shared expense is $175.00 ($40.00 a night x 4 nights = $160.00, plus a $15.00 deposit, refundable if room is clean and keys are returned at checkout). Only money orders or certified checks will be accepted No personal checks or cash. Space is limited. Apply now! If you contributed money to reserve a room for 4 years and you are not going to use your room this year, please let us know in writing, immediately, so someone else can use your room.
